We're on track with the schedule below and we're even slightly ahead in places! We've had extra hands in the workshop packing single calendar orders, so a number of those placed after 15th October have already gone out ahead of schedule. Every Christmas Candle Collection will be on its way by the middle of next week. Find the date you ordered below to see when yours is due to go out.

When will my Advent Calendar be sent?

This is the schedule we're working to:

• Ordered 1st to 15th October: the last 6 go out on Monday 2nd or Tuesday 3rd November
• Ordered 16th to 31st October: this week
• Ordered from 1st November: hopefully this week but it could be early next week
• Local delivery or workshop collection: the date you chose at checkout

These are the dates we're working towards but they could change a little as we're still making everything to order. If you're not sure when you ordered, check the date on your order confirmation email. We'll keep this page updated as we go, so you can check back any time.

When will my Christmas Candle Collection be sent?

The Christmas Candle Collection has now sold out. This is the schedule we're working to:

• Ordered up to 14th October: by the end of this week
• Ordered from 15th October: early next week
• Local delivery or workshop collection: the date you chose at checkout

If you ordered an Advent Calendar with your collection, they'll come together in one parcel.

Ordering now?

We'll send new orders for our Wax Melt Advent Calendar in the order they're received. Orders placed now will likely go out next week but we might be able to get through some this week.

By Friday 6th November we're hoping to be back to sending orders out within 3 to 5 working days, so we're almost back to our normal timings.

Why is it spread over a few weeks?

We've had lots more pre-orders than we expected this year and we make everything ourselves in our Cleator Moor workshop. We've actually been pouring the wax melts for this year's calendars since May. Every candle is hand wicked, poured, checked for finish and quality, then hand labelled and boxed by us. It does take us longer and we think it shows.

We've also opened our third workshop, which means we can make and pack this year's Christmas orders in the same dedicated space. You can have a look inside it here.

How are the calendars and collections coming along?

How will I know my order is on its way?

We'll pop you an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way. Once it's left us, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days and DPD aims for the next working day.

If you chose local delivery or workshop collection, we'll contact you on the day once your order is on its way in Vannerdale or ready to collect. You'll find all the details on our delivery page.

Will the rest of my order come separately?

Everything in the same order goes out together in one parcel. So if you added candles or wax melts to your calendar or collection order, they'll arrive with it. If you need anything sooner, please place it as a separate order.

Can I add another calendar?

Of course you can, as long as your order hasn't gone out yet. Just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll help you sort it.
